newmediaboutique was formed from a vision that two friends - Tim Bailey & James Penrose - shared having met at university whilst studying Digital Media in Leeds. Our interest in web design & development lead us to start providing a service that was not only competitve but matched, and often exceeded, the quality of the design & coding offered by competitors.
