Bluebird Vehicles was established as a combination of TrailerTech Services Ltd and Bluebird Accessible Vehicles and operates from Plaxton Park in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
With this new business arrangment, Bluebird needed an accessible website as a lot of the vehicles they design are for use by disabled people. They wanted those we were going to benefit from the vehicles to be able to find out information irrespective of their disabilities.
To this end we developed a site based around XHTML & CSS coding for the front end design and a secure PHP & MySQL admin area where the content of the site could be managed.
The site validates to w3c xhtml strict & css guidelines as well as meeting at least Level A WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
our site is cross-browser compatible, accessible to users and search engines and we have tested in internet explorer 6, mozilla firefox, safari, netscape 7 and opera browsers for w3c standards compliance.
