The old Parade Properties site had existed since the dawn of the Internet (or so we were told) so whilst the mystic historical design was intriguing it clearly needed updating!
Having been maintained using initially Frontpage Express then Frontpage, we introduced Macromedia Contribute to our client as they had a little experience of HTML and were used to Microsoft Office. As a result, maintaining a site with Contribute was easy after the change in workflow.
It allowed us to keep control of the design using a Dreamweaver template, but Parade could manage their property portfolio at the click of a button.
our site is cross-browser compatible, accessible to users and search engines and we have tested in internet explorer 6, mozilla firefox, safari, netscape 7 and opera browsers for w3c standards compliance.
